Definición y uso
El head()
método envía una solicitud HEAD a la URL especificada.
Las solicitudes HEAD se realizan cuando no necesita el contenido del archivo, sino solo el código de estado o los encabezados HTTP.
Sintaxis
requests.head(url, args)
args significa cero o más de los argumentos nombrados en la tabla de parámetros a continuación. Ejemplo:
requests.head(url, timeout=2.50)
